Even though I had the food brought to my hospital room it was still hot & fresh. I think one of the best qualities about Jack in the Box is that they serve breakfast 24 hrs unlike place's where as soon as 10:30 hit's they start the transition to lunch & stop making fresh breakfast food, so u either eat what's available or eat lunch.

I had a great experience with the worker there today ... so good that I am writing a review solely from this experience today . I didn't get his name but he had glasses and work on Sunday around 850pm . He was super nice and understanding although I didn't know what to order since they have so many options now lol . Big shout to him and his customer service!!!! Thank you I will now go to this specific Jack in the box every time I want Jack in the box even tho I I live in Arcadia . Give that man a raise and understand you have an amazing worker and appreciate him .

Fries could've been fresher, but burger and coffee tasted good! The staff was friendly, professional and attentive! Clean eating room as well, restrooms could be cleaner, but was happy they had soap!

Not sure why the ratings are low. Yes I had to wait for awhile, but there was a lot of customers at midnight. They got my whole online order correct even with my obnoxious random sauce choices since it didn't cost extra. The whole process was pleasant and the food quality is what is expected of a fast food restaurant opened late. Location is clean and nothing complicated with visiting this location.
